Acquisition work is under a written agreement
Where KJP Property Ltd acts for a buyer, it does so under a written client agreement setting out the scope of the mandate, the fee, when the fee becomes payable, and what happens where a transaction does not complete. Fees are disclosed in writing before you are committed to anything, in line with section 18 of the Estate Agents Act 1979. Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create that agreement and does not oblige either party to proceed.
Third party payments
Where any third party would pay KJP Property Ltd a fee, commission or other benefit in connection with an introduction made on a client's behalf, we disclose in writing that it exists, who is paying it and how it is calculated, before the introduction is made.
Accommodation placement is an introduction service
For contractor and site team accommodation, KJP Property Ltd acts as an introduction and referral service. We do not handle bookings, take payment, or become a party to the contract between the occupier and the host. No fee is charged to the occupying business; we are paid by the accommodation provider. The service covers stays of two weeks or longer only. Registering a property does not guarantee bookings and every placement is agreed case by case.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
