[FE]Fees
How fees work.
KJP Property is paid by the investor, never by a seller, and every fee is agreed in writing before any work starts. If a purchase falls through, there is nothing more to pay. If anyone else would pay me in connection with your purchase, I tell you in writing before it happens. KJP Property Ltd is not VAT registered, so the quoted fee is the whole fee.

One bundled fee, lower than the two services booked separately, with the deal appraisal and refurbishment review included.
Done for you
One bundled fee covering the purchase, the refurbishment and the exit set-up, agreed in writing before work starts.
Exit introductions
No charge to you. Any payment I would receive from anyone else is disclosed in writing first.
Tell me what you are trying to do and I will send you a written quote with the full fee for your numbers. KJP Property Ltd is not VAT registered, so the quoted fee is the whole fee.
Amounts, the retainer period and any split between exchange and completion are set out in the client agreement before you are committed to anything, as section 18 of the Estate Agents Act 1979 requires.
Straight answers.
Why are amounts not shown on the site?
Because the full fee depends on your numbers, such as the purchase price and the works budget. You get the full figure in a written quote before you commit, and nothing is charged before you have agreed it.
Is VAT added?
No. KJP Property Ltd is not VAT registered, so the quoted fee is the whole fee.
What if the purchase falls through?
There is nothing more to pay beyond any engagement fee already agreed in writing.
Does anyone else pay you?
On accommodation the host pays me. On investor work, if anyone else would pay me in connection with your purchase, I tell you in writing who, why and how much before it happens.
Ask for a quote.
Tell me what you are trying to do. The quote comes back in writing with the full fee for your numbers.
