Most investors deal with a sourcer, a builder, a letting agent and an operator, and nobody owns the whole picture. I work the other way round. The exit is chosen first, the appraisal is built around it, and the property is bought, refurbished and handed over to suit it. You can take one step or all of them.

Whole houses and apartments for stays of two weeks or longer. You send the brief once and I come back with options that fit. It takes the search off somebody's desk, it costs the company less than a booking platform, and there is no charge to you.
Minimum stay two weeks. Below that a hotel is usually the better answer.

What does KJP Property do?
Two things. For property investors, I act as your buying agent from the first appraisal to the keys: deal appraisal, buying, refurbishment management and exit planning. For companies, I find whole homes for people placed for two weeks or longer. Both cover Manchester and the North.
Which areas do you cover?
Manchester and Greater Manchester first, with Lancashire and the wider North West on brief. Accommodation searches run across Manchester and the North.
Who pays KJP?
On investor work, you do, and every fee is agreed in writing before you commit. A seller never pays me to put a property in front of you. On accommodation the host pays, so the search is free to the company.

Is KJP Property the same as KJP Property Group?
No. KJP Property Ltd (company number 17018412) is a Manchester buying agent and contractor accommodation finder run by Kian Peake. It is not connected to KJP Property Group or kjppropertygroup.co.uk. KJP Property does not lease homes from landlords or offer guaranteed rent. On accommodation, it finds whole properties for companies and is paid by the host.
