I work with a small number of experienced investors on individual projects, each in its own company with its own agreement drawn up by solicitors, where both parties share the decisions. These start with a private conversation, never an advert, and only with investors who are able to take their own legal and financial advice. I do not offer investments to the public, I do not hold investors' money, and nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to invest or financial advice. No. I act for investors who are buying with their own funds. I do not offer investments to the public or hold investors' money.
Do you do joint ventures?
Only by private discussion with experienced investors, under a written agreement drawn up by solicitors. Nothing on this site is an invitation to invest.
