Who is responsible for your data
KJP Property Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17018412, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at kian@kjpproperty.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company name, together with the details of what you are looking for. If you are enquiring about property acquisition that includes your locations, budget, strategy and timescale. If you are enquiring about accommodation it includes the site location, dates, party size and requirements, or, if you are a host, details of the property or properties you have available.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can help, and to carry out the work if you go on to instruct us. If you tick the consent box we will also contact you by telephone, text message and email about that enquiry.
Our lawful bases
We rely on your consent for marketing contact by telephone, text message and email, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time. We rely on the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one, to handle your enquiry and to carry out any work you instruct. Where we keep records to meet a legal obligation, we rely on legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by Netlify, which hosts the website and receives form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where an enquiry can only be progressed by introducing you to another party, such as an accommodation host, we will tell you before we do it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where you instruct us, records are kept for as long as we act for you and then for six years, which reflects the ordinary limitation period and the record keeping expected of this kind of business.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to another provider. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these, email kian@kjpproperty.co.uk.
To stop marketing contact, reply STOP to any message or email us and we will action it.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would ask you to raise it with us first so we can try to put it right.
Visit counts
This website counts page visits and where they came from (for example Google or ChatGPT) so we can see what works. It uses no cookies, stores no IP address or device details, and cannot identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Fonts are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a third party font service.
