One fee, less thanthe two separately.
One bundled fee covering both services, lower than the two booked separately, with the deal appraisal and the refurbishment review included.
It is set in the agreement before any work starts and paid in stages: the buying fee on completion and the refurbishment fee in three parts. Two agreements sit underneath, estate agency terms for the purchase and a services agreement for the works, but you get one proposal, one fee table and one reporting line.
Straight answers.
Why combine the two?
Because the works budget and the offer come from the same numbers, and the spec is set by the exit you have chosen.
Is it cheaper than booking them separately?
Yes. The bundled fee is lower than the two services booked separately.
Who owns the property?
You do. It is your purchase, with your own funds, in your own name. I act as your buying agent and coordinate the works for you.
Can the exit be set up too?
Yes. Done for you adds the exit set-up before handover, under the same agreement.
